Jordan Named USCAA Player of the Week
BUFFALO , NY - The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) announced its National Players of the Week, naming Bryant & Stratton Buffalo's Armoni Jordan as this week's recipient. The junior guard on the women's basketball team averaged 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in this past weekend's Vaden Cup, leading Buffalo to a runner-up finish.

The junior guard on the women's basketball team averaged 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in this past weekend's Vaden Cup, leading Buffalo to a runner-up finish.
Jordan began the weekend scoring 21 points in a 95-65 semifinal win over B&SC Albany. Buffalo entered the conference tournament as the top seed, and defeated the fourth seed Albany, leading wire-to-wire. Jordan also added nine rebounds, four assists, and was 7-of-8 at the free throw line.
In the championship game against second-seeded B&SC Rochester on Sunday, Jordan scored 23 points, while also finishing with four assists, three rebounds and two steals. Buffalo fell just short in that game, dropping a thrilling, yet heartbreaking overtime game, 83-82.
For the Vaden Cup, Jordan totaled 44 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists, 5 steals, 1 block and just 2 turnovers, while shooting just under 50 percent from the floor. Jordan finished the season as the team's second-leading scorer, putting home 12.5 points per game, while also averaging 4.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.8 steals per contest. Buffalo finished its season 10-7.
